Jody Arscott

Jody Arscott is the creative force behind Autumnhouse, a design studio rooted in the belief that home should feel like a sanctuary. Her work is deeply considered, with a laid-back Pacific sensibility and an understated sophistication. Jody creates homes that are polished and visually striking while remaining warm, personal and intuitive to live in. She has a way of unraveling the intricacies of her clients’ needs and shaping thoughtful solutions, producing spaces that are highly functional and equally beautiful. Rather than designing toward perfection for its own sake, she focuses on intention, creating homes that are cohesive, layered and quietly supportive of everyday life.

After earning her degree in Interior Design, Jody spent over a decade working as a designer for architects and interior design firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and Bend, Oregon. Jody also has a degree in Environmental Sciences and is continually considering the overall impact of the builds and projects and how best to remain on a responsible course. She lives with her family in Santa Cruz, California.
